FLOW MEASUREMENT

Orifice flanges and plates
ORIFICE FLANGES AND PLATES
 The most widely used flow meter today is still the orifice plate because of its
reliability and precision. Tecnomatic manufactures orifice plates to comply with
the following standards: ISO-5167, ASME PTC 19.5, BS 1042, UNI CNR 10023.
Designs include flange pressure tap and corner tap types in
sizes from 2” nominal bore. Standard orifice plates are manufactured with
integral handle and in the following types: square edge, quarter circle (quadrant
edge), eccentric, segmental and conical entrance.
TM Tecnomatic’s machining quality
ensures accurate dimensional tolerances and sharp edges; surface flatness and
roughness meet the most exacting standards.
ORIFICE PLATES WITH ANNULAR CHAMBER
The accuracy of the sizing of the chamber together with the tapping for the
fitting distinguishes the TM Tecnomatic design of orifice plate with annular
chamber.
Manufacture is available in sizes from 2” and can be supplied with
either ANSI or DIN flanges.
